Shipping Transit Times

Australia: standard delivery can take up to 7 business days once the order has been prepared by our warehouse (which can take up to 3 business days)

Please note:

  • We don’t offer an option to pick up an order from our Warehouse. All items purchased on our website need to be shipped to a personal or a business address. PO Box addresses are not accepted.
  • Extended COVID-19 restrictions are impacting some of our delivery operations, including air freight. Overseas restrictions, customs delays and fewer flights may affect delivery times.

What is the Five Mile return policy?

All sales on the Five Mile website are firm sale and Five Mile does not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind. However, we will accept returns if goods are faulty or damaged or have been wrongly described or if the incorrect goods have been delivered.

How can I request a return or refund?
Please email us at within five (5) business days of receipt of goods with the below details to request a Return:

  • Name and contact details
  • Order Number
  • A clear picture of any damaged delivery carton and damaged goods
  • Reason for return or refund request

Incorrect stock delivered:

If you are delivered the incorrect stock, please email within 5 days of receipt of goods so that we may arrange return and replacement of the stock.

Stock to be returned must be prepared in the same manner it was received, with adequate labelling and packaging.

Five Mile will provide you, by email, a Return Authorisation (RA) number for approved returns only. The supplied RA number will allow you to return the item(s) through our chosen postage carrier, at no charge to you. Please follow the instructions provided in the email carefully; failure to follow these instructions may lead to your return being rejected and/or charges being incurred. Five Mile endeavours to process all returns within 14 days from receiving the item(s) at our warehouse.
